All reservations must be made over the phone with a CREDIT CARD NUMBER. If you don’t show up on the day of your reservation, your credit card will be charged in FULL. Fare is due on the day of the trip before departure.
If the trip is canceled due to bad weather, lack of passengers, or any unforeseen circumstances, you won’t be charged or a reschedule could be made of your choice. The CAPTAIN is the only one that can cancel a trip. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to sailing to allow time for traffic, delays, etc. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE steps from the boat.
